Assistance is provided by the Manhattan/Bronx/Westchester Minority Business Enterprise Center (MBEC) directly to socially or economically disadvantaged individuals who own a business with a minimum of 51 percent ethnic minority ownership.
Such persons include:

Eskimos
Hasidic Jews
Native Americans
Puerto Ricans

Our business specialists have strong experience in public and private certification, securing contracts, capital and procurement opportunities and providing technical assistance. Our consultancy fees are based on a sliding scale. Initial consultation and business referral services are free.
